Kintsugi Hope Wellbeing Groups are a safe and supportive space that are designed to help us see our 'value and worth, and grow towards a more resilient and hopeful future.'

 

The course runs for up to 12 weeks and covers areas including: anxiety, anger, perfectionism and forgiveness.

Our current course started in April.

We have two have courses planned for the autumn term - a men's group on a Monday evening and a mixed one on a Thursday evening.
